Others flights operate as scheduled.

• departure from Noumea on 11 July at 11.30 am
• arrival in Singapore on 11 July at 05:50 pm
• Departure from Singapore on 11 July at 07:30 pm
• Arrival in Noumea on 12 July at 07:25 am

An email and SMS informing our passengers of the new confirmed times have been sent.

Adverse weather conditions: Port-Vila flights rescheduled

Due to today's unfavorable weather conditions, the July 04 Nouméa-Port Vila-Nouméa rotation operated by Air Calédonie has been cancelled.

The company has mobilized all its resources to ensure that the passengers concerned are transported to their destination as quickly as possible. To this end, a special rotation is scheduled for Tuesday July 8 with the following timetable:

• Departure from Tontouta to Port Vila at 3:00 p.m.
• Departure from Port Vila to Tontouta at 5:30 p.m.

Following the grounding of one of our aircraft, we have been forced to readjust our flight schedule.

As the aircraft has now been repaired and is back in service, we can confirm the new timetable for flight SB 501 today:

We would like to inform you of the latest developments concerning your flight SB501.

Unfortunately, the repairs launched on the afternoon of June 5, Paris time, have proved unsuccessful.
At this stage, our aircraft remains grounded and is still undergoing maintenance. The entire company and its service providers are mobilizing to resolve the technical fault and reschedule the flight.

In the meantime, the company is organizing and paying for passenger accommodation at Paris CDG.
Re-routing solutions are also currently being sought and will be proposed on a case-by-case basis depending on availabilities.

We are aware of the considerable inconvenience caused and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this exceptional situation.
We would like to thank you once again for your patience and understanding in this particularly complex situation.

We would like to inform you of the latest developments concerning your flight SB501.

Thanks to the mobilization of the company and its service providers, we can confirm that the necessary repairs are currently underway on our aircraft in Paris Charles de Gaulle.

Your flight has therefore been rescheduled according to the following timetable:
Depart Paris CDG 22:00 on June 05 – Arrival Bangkok 14:50 on June 06
Depart Bangkok 16:55 on June 06 - Arrival Noumea 06:55 am on June 07

As repairs are still in progress, delays may still be added to these timetables. In this case, the information would be given at the airport.

The parts needed to get the aircraft back online are now in the hands of our technical teams.

The work will start at midday and will enable the rescheduled flight to be operated at the following times (departure from CDG on 05 June at 22:00) .

Paris 04 of June 23:50 / Nouméa 05 June of 08:50

Flight SB501 scheduled to leave Roissy-CDG today 04 June at 22:00 local time, bound for Bangkok and Nouméa, has been suspended due to a technical fault.
The aircraft needs to be repaired, and the necessary parts are currently being located at Roissy. This will not be possible before the curfew time at CDG airport.
The flight cannot therefore be rescheduled before tomorrow 05 June, Paris time, and the passengers concerned have been informed and will be accommodated overnight at the airline's expense.
The airline and its service providers are working to get the aircraft back into service as quickly as possible and to inform passengers tomorrow morning (Paris time) of the rescheduling of flight SB 501 or of alternative routing solutions.
We deeply regret inconvenience caused and this section will be updated as soon as new information can be confirmed.

The Noumea Sydney Noumea flight scheduled on Saturday 14th June is now cancelled due to a maintenance operation that has become imperative on the aircraft initially planned to operate this flight. 

Our absolute priority is to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew, and this technical intervention, although not originally planned, cannot be postponed. 

Customers affected by this change will be offered an alternative solution as soon as possible, either on another flight of the same day or on the previous day's flight, exceptionally operated by A330.

Update 29/04/2025 - Aircalin informs its passengers that the flight SB140 Noumea Sydney of 29^th of April is rescheduled on the 30^th of April as follows (in local time):

• Departure from Noumea at 09.30 AM
• Arrival in Sydney at 11.50 AM

Flight SB141 between Sydney and Noumea of 29^th of April is rescheduled on the 30^th of April as follows (in local time):

• Departure from Sydney at 01.30 PM
• Arrival in Noumea at 05.20 PM

Connecting passengers will be contacted by our commercial team who will send them their new itinerary.
