Following the grounding of one of our A330neo aircraft due to a technical issue, the short-term flight schedule has been modified with the following rescheduling:

• The Noumea–Singapore flight has been rescheduled to depart on 17 July at 09:30 a.m., arriving in Singapore at 03:50 p.m. on 17 July.

• The Singapore–Noumea flight has been rescheduled to depart on 17 July at 5:50 p.m., arriving in Noumea at 05:30 a.m. on 18 July.

The safety of passengers and crew remains the airline’s highest priority.

The new flight schedule and updated itineraries will be communicated to our customers by email and SMS.

During a maintenance operation, traces of fuel were detected, the origin of which is currently under investigation. In accordance with current safety procedures, it has been decided to ground the aircraft for repair.

All affected passengers will be informed and assisted by our teams. Tailored rebooking solutions will be offered on a case-by-case basis. We invite our passengers to check that their contact details are up to date in their booking record.

The SB340 Noumea–Wallis and SB341 Wallis–Noumea flights scheduled for Thursday, 16 July have been rescheduled as follows:

Flight SB340: Departure from Noumea at 05:35 p.m. – Arrival in Wallis at 09:25 p.m.

Flight SB341: Departure from Wallis at 10:30 p.m. – Arrival in Noumea at 12:35 a.m.
